Welcome to Lorevena, an online destination offering thoughtfully selected pet products through our Spa Collection, Fashion Collection, and The Everyday Care Collection.

These Terms of Purchase establish the conditions that apply whenever you place and complete an order through the Lorevena website.

By submitting an order and completing payment, you agree to be bound by these purchasing terms together with our applicable Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and general Terms of Service.

We recommend reviewing these terms carefully before completing checkout.

1. Customer Eligibility

By placing an order through Lorevena, you represent and confirm that:

3. Order Review, Acceptance & Cancellation Rights

Lorevena reserves the right to review any order before final fulfillment.

  • Suspected fraud or transaction risk

Where necessary for security or fraud-prevention purposes, we may also request additional identity or payment verification before releasing an order for shipment.

If Lorevena cancels an order after payment has been authorized or collected, the eligible amount will be returned to the original payment method.

We also reserve the right to update product prices, specifications, availability, or promotional offers at our discretion.

Such changes may be made without advance notice, subject to applicable law and any order already validly accepted.

4. Product Images, Descriptions & Specifications

We make reasonable efforts to present Lorevena products accurately through photographs, written descriptions, dimensions, colors, specifications, and other product information.

However, minor differences may occur.

For example:

  • Colors may appear differently depending on screen settings or device calibration

  • Measurements may vary slightly because of manufacturing tolerances

  • Packaging or small product details may change between production batches

  • Visual appearance may differ slightly from online images

These minor variations do not necessarily indicate that a product is defective.

If a delivered product materially differs from the product represented on our website, any available remedy will be handled in accordance with our applicable Return Policy.

5. Pricing & Display Errors

Although we make reasonable efforts to keep pricing and product information accurate, typographical, technical, or system-generated errors may occasionally occur.

Lorevena is not obligated to fulfill an order at an obviously incorrect price caused by a technical malfunction, data-entry error, or other pricing mistake.

If we identify a pricing error before shipment, we may:

  • Suspend fulfillment

  • Cancel the affected order

  • Issue a full refund for the canceled transaction

Lorevena may correct inaccurate pricing or other erroneous information displayed on the website at any time.

6. Inventory Availability & Delivery Estimates

Product availability displayed on the Lorevena website reflects our best available inventory information but is not an absolute guarantee of stock.

Although we aim to process orders promptly, international delivery may in some circumstances require up to 30 days following payment confirmation.

Delivery time may be affected by factors such as:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • Customs procedures

  • International transportation conditions

  • Supply chain interruptions

  • Fulfillment availability

An item shown as “in stock” is not a guarantee of immediate shipment.

If a product becomes unavailable while your order is being processed, we may notify you, remove the unavailable item from the order, and adjust or refund the applicable amount accordingly.

Customers placing orders for delivery outside the fulfillment country are responsible for understanding any import or product requirements that may apply in their destination jurisdiction.

Lorevena cannot guarantee that every product offered on our website satisfies every local regulatory requirement worldwide.

8. Customs Duties, VAT & Import Charges

The amount shown during checkout may include the product price and applicable Lorevena shipping charges.

However, international deliveries may be subject to additional charges imposed after the shipment enters the destination country.

These may include:

  • Import taxes

  • Value-Added Tax (VAT)

  • Brokerage charges

  • Border processing or clearance fees

  • Other government-imposed import costs

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are not included in the product price or Lorevena's standard shipping fee.

The customer is responsible for paying any duties, taxes, or import-related charges imposed by the destination country's authorities.

These Terms of Purchase and related commercial transactions conducted through Lorevena are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, disputes relating to these purchasing terms will be handled under the relevant legal framework of Hong Kong.
